I'm a dreamer.
Yes, in the way you typically imagine dreamers...to have big goals and visions for life. But also in the way that comes while I am sleeping.
I dream at night, pretty much every night. I have for as long as I can remember. Sometimes they are good dreams and sometimes they are terrifying.
I haven't done a scientific study or anything, but I have noticed over the past few weeks something that seems to be a trend. When I forget to run my diffuser at night, I sometimes have bad dreams. Scary dreams. Dreams that wake me with anxiety.
But when I diffuse Stress Away and Lavender on my nightstand at night, I always seem to dream pleasant dreams. This can make the difference in a good day started right or a day started hours earlier than I prefer because I woke up with a start, adrenaline racing.
These oils I talk about? They aren't just pretty smells.
